Terms of service

CallBackdrop delivers four AI-generated branded virtual backdrops in Full HD 1080p (1920×1080 JPG) featuring the logo you upload. Backdrops are typically delivered by email within 90 seconds of payment. If delivery takes longer than 10 minutes we'll either refund in full or deliver manually — your choice.

Listed prices are inclusive of UK VAT where applicable. Prices in USD and EUR are converted at checkout. You pay the price shown on the checkout page; we don't add surprise fees.

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you normally have 14 days to cancel a digital purchase. Because your backdrops are rendered and delivered immediately, by completing checkout you expressly request delivery to begin during that 14-day period and acknowledge that you lose your automatic right to cancel once the files have been rendered and download links sent.

Even so — because we'd rather keep you happy than technically right — we offer a 30-day no-questions refund. Just reply to your order email. More detail on our refund page.

We grant you a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free licence to use the backdrops we deliver for:

• Your video calls — on any platform, for any purpose
• Your company's external communications (webinars, livestreams, recorded videos, social content)
• Marketing assets that use the backdrop as a backdrop (behind a speaker, in a slide, as a banner)

You may not:

• Re-sell the backdrop files as stock images
• Claim the imagery as your own AI art
• Use them in a way that disparages CallBackdrop or DMS Global Consultancy Limited

You keep all rights to the logo you upload. By uploading, you confirm you have the right to use it and you grant us a narrow licence to process and composite it solely to deliver your order. After 30 days we delete your original upload.

If you upload a logo you don't own, you take full responsibility for any third-party claims. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we reasonably suspect rights-infringement.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that is illegal, hateful, or pornographic
• Attempt to break, probe, or overload the service
• Use the service to generate imagery designed to deceive or impersonate

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach this section, and we'll refund any unfulfilled portion.

We aim for 99.9% uptime but don't guarantee the service will be error-free. We rely on Replicate, Netlify, Stripe, and Resend — occasional downstream outages can delay delivery. If an outage affects your order we'll deliver late or refund.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot be excluded under UK law.

Subject to the above, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of CallBackdrop is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential loss (lost revenue, lost opportunity, damage to reputation).

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. If the change is material we'll notify past customers by email at least 14 days in advance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless you are a consumer resident elsewhere, in which case your local mandatory consumer protections apply.
