Don't love them?
Full refund.
We'd rather you be delighted than hold onto £49. Here's how our refund policy actually works — in plain English.
From the moment you pay, you have 30 days to ask for a full refund. We don't ask why.
Not quite right? Within 24 hours we'll re-render a fresh set of 4 variants — on us.
Our policy is on top of your statutory UK consumer rights. We never try to contract them out.
How to request a refund
- Reply to your order confirmation email (or email hello@callbackdrop.com) with the word "refund" in the subject line.
- Let us know if you'd like a refund, a free regeneration, or both.
- We'll process refunds within 3 working days back to the card or PayPal account you paid with.
What counts as 'within 30 days'
The 30-day window starts on the day of your order, not the day you first used the backdrops. So if you ordered on 1 March, you have until 30 March to request a refund.
The one fair-use exception
This is a good-faith policy designed for genuine customers. Historical data shows roughly 0.6% of customers ask for a refund — we're fine with that. If we see repeat sign-ups and refunds from the same email, card, or IP, we reserve the right to decline. We haven't had to invoke this yet, and hope we never will.
Your UK statutory rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you normally have a 14-day cooling-off period for digital purchases. Because your backdrops are delivered immediately after payment, by completing checkout you expressly agreed to waive that cooling-off right in exchange for instant delivery. This is standard practice for digital goods.
Our 30-day policy goes significantly beyond that statutory baseline. If your backdrops were not as described or fail to meet the expected quality, you also retain your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Still not sure?
Every order is covered by our 30-day, no-questions-asked refund guarantee. If the backdrops don't land, you get your money back.
